@SirUli thanks for the suggestion. I'm not a big fan of the project since I prefer faster upstream fixes instead of code duplication. That is just my personal opinion which does not reflect the ones from other developers or SAP.
For now, we'll use the single tools bundled with pre-commit. Maybe later we'll consider ruff
from sqlalchemy-hana.

For the checks I can recommend to look at "ruff" instead of the zoo of tools. We just switched for many projects and it worked just great - much faster and much better.
