- Go to Settings > Editor > Color Scheme > Dart
- Click on the gear icon ⚙️ and select Duplicate... to preserve the original scheme
- Select the type you want to edit from the list. For example select Parameter reference for widget parameters
- Uncheck Inherit values from
- Select a new color. For the white color just uncheck Forderground
- Click on Apply
- You might need to restart your IDE for the changes to take effect
