Hi,
I'll have a look at it ASAP.
As a rule, I tend to develop my apps for 15+ (I have stopped caring for android 2.+), but I understand it is not universal ;)

OK, this is corrected in 1.0.1
In your build.gradle file, change the dependency to 1.0.1:

compile 'com.github.anrwatchdog:anrwatchdog:1.0.1'

The problem was not in the code as there is nothing in there that would prevent it to run on Android 2. It was the android dependency the project was compiled against that created this "indirect dependency".

ANRWatchDog now compiles against Android 2.1 (SDK 7) which (according to Android Dashboard is 100% of devices).
