Setup a routing on the app to make it possible to configure the URLs to:

• retrieve list of ranges,
• save a range (insert / update)
• delete a range

Make it possible to configure application via files for development and via environment variables on the production. Let the exact configuration mechanism be decoupled from the business logic

Setup a MySQL DB and connect it with application

1. Setup continues integration for the project to make it possible to run all automated tests before deployment
2. Setup continues deployment for the project to perform deploy the project on Heroku each time any changes are pushed to master branch

Let it provide

• list of all ranges ordered by start date
• possibility to add new one range
• possibility to update existent ones
• possibility to delete range

Setup DB migration to make it possible perform updates of DB on DEV/PROD instances during development or releases

Elaborate and provide the initial SQL dump with DB schema for the application. Integrate the dump into migration mechanism
