hi Manuel,
reference to v.12 of Microsoft.SharePoint.dll is kept intentionally in Camlex, because it should work on all Sharepoint versions (2007, 2010 and 2013). At the same time referencing and using Camlex, which uses v.12 of Microsoft.SharePoint.dll, in Sharepoint
2010 (v.14) and 2013 (v.15) is not a problem, because Sharepoint uses publisher policy assemblies for binding redirect. It allowed to keep backward compatibility for functionality upgraded from earlier Sharepoint versions to older. See the following post for

In your particular problem I don't have other suggestions except disabling CA0058 rule.
