a file-chooser popup is a file-chooser popup. We should just make one class for the dialog and call it each time. yes?

Instead of a popup, we can just have the the file chooser open. I already wrote the code to do that in https://github.com/ryosua/ist-412/blob/master/src/program-test-242-1/controller/FileController.java
You probably just need to add some kind of listener that calls public File getFileFromChooser(int dialogType) when the option is selected. The instance of JFileChooser should probably be moved from InputPanel.java to FileController.java instead of being passed as a reference. We should only need one instance of FileController, but as long as you get it working, we can clean it up later.
