Maybe add tooltips to the different directories for more clarity as to what the user should be selecting..?

@tacticaldildocannon will write a help document in a text file based on part one without the pictures.
@Shane-E Can implement popping up the text file in a panel in the UI when a help option is picked from the toolbar.
