I've implemented a check for the run button to enable/disable the run button depending on if the source directory and test case files have been selected using the file chooser. It will most likely need further modification to include other settings and to check settings at specific times once we have the program saving previous selections, etc.

Closing this issue, we can move readDataFromSettingsFile and writeDataToSettingsFile to a new SettingsController class later. I will open a separate issue.
