change the "disable IK" checkbox to a percentage value to blend between IK and FK too

There's a simple way to blend FK and IK. Add an expression control slider to the controller layer (in the effects menus choose Effects>Expression Controls>Slider and name it IK_Influence

Now add this to the bottom of the expression that drives the rotation of your IK members, replacing the last line:

IKFK = Math.max(Math.min(controller.effect("IK_Influence")("Slider")/100, 1), 0)
ik() * IKFK + FK * (1-IKFK);

Now the slider will control the influence of IK vs FK from 0 to 100.

Still needs to include goal rotation, and see if a percentage for IK/FK blending is needed or if the checkbox is enough...
