@Nephos i can verify that with the upcoming fixes to Crystal std it's gonna be really fast and low on resource.
I did parse 1GB file in 12 seconds with only 1.2 MB memory consumption.

Unfortunately, due to the way crystal's HTTP library is designed, it can't handle very large files at the moment as it buffers them all to memory.
See crystal-lang/crystal#3395 and crystal-lang/crystal#3406 for progress on fixing that. @sdogruyol has had success using this shard and one of those PRs.
It might work if you increase the amount of memory on your system to 2-3 times the maximum upload size, but I simply wouldn't recommend it until a fix is merged.
