Should emit bindings for trait implementations about wasm-bindgen HOT 2 OPEN

Interesting! I haven't actually thought about something like

#[wasm_bindgen]
impl Default for Foo {
    // ...
}

but it'd be neat if this worked by default!

Question on possible implementations of this: How should this handle traits with type params/etc? I can see generating dynamic dispatch on types in the JS bindings, but that would only work for different input types. Should 'trait implementations with the same signature but different output types' be considered out of scope, or use some form of mangling / js_name customization?
