Well, that's strange... It's clearly not HTML or any other thing I know (I retrieved the page with curl and took a look manually in order to make sure it was not jsoup doing anything wrong).

Even manually it may be difficult to parse that response, but I guess your best bet would be to retrieve the page using any mean, trim the "malformed" stuff using regexes or something like that and finally load the HTML content for scraping with browser.parseString. For retrieving the page you can still use do browser.post(...).outerHtml, but you'll get an extra empty <html> tag at the end of the document.
