I not used to_s . So, err occurred.

CSV.open("MyPath", "wb", :encoding => "Shift_JIS:UTF-8") do |f|
  f << ['Lbl1','Lbl2']
  results.each do |val|
    f << [val[:title].to_s, val[:url].to_s]
  end
end

results

[
  { :url => "http://xxxxxx.com", :title => "Website Title" },
