The goal of this project is to develop a web information system that Acme Conference, Inc. can use to run their business. This document provides an informal requirement specification. The goal of this project is to develop a web information system that Acme Otaku, Inc. can use to run their business. This document provides an informal requirement specification.

Acme Madrugá, Inc. has become a successful business, but they have realised that their brand is likely to restrict it to religious brotherhoods. They are planning on reaching other kinds of brotherhoods, which requires a little rebranding regarding their project. In the new version of their project, they wish to change every reference to “processions” into references to “parades”. The new project must then be released as “Acme Parade”. They are also requesting us to design a new banner that must clearly reflect the rebranding that their business is undergoing. Note that the name of the company has not changed, so the copyright notice must retain Acme Madrugá, Inc. as the holder. The new terms and conditions document must make it explicit that Acme Madrugá, Inc. is the company that provides the service and Acme Parade is the name of the service.

acme-rookies

Acme Hacker Rank, Inc. has become successful in Spain, where 90% of their hackers are recentlygraduated students (20-24 year old). They have managed to move to the USA, but they have found that they cannot settle there because their name’s already taken. Therefore, they are undertaking a rebranding process in which they are changing their commercial name to Acme Rookies, Inc., which reflects better their target audience and avoids the legal name conflict. They have requested maintenance of their project, which must be rebranded accordingly. Note that the name of the company has changed, so the copyright notice must refer to Acme Rookies, Inc. as the holder, not Acme Hacker Rank, Inc. like in the previous version. They have also requested us to design a new banner that clearly reflects the rebranding that their business is undergoing. Every reference to “hackers” must be changed into references to “rookies” in the new version of the project.
