I'm using rtx.ncats.io, but was going to ping you about which one I should use for the new standardized KG (since I don't know if its location is going to be moving). It will be especially helpful on the new standardized KG so I can make a "meta graph" like the following:
metagraph2

@finnagin can you please install APOC in Neo4j in docker container "rtxsteve" on rtxdev.saramsey.org, BUT, PLEASE WAIT UNTIL APRIL 3 TO DO THIS. Thanks.

@dkoslicki the new KG will be periodically pushed to http://rtxdev.saramsey.org:7674 aka bolt://rtxdev.saramsey.org:7887. I have asked @finnagin to intsall APOC tomorrow (today I promised the Translator folks on the KG Standardization call that the Neo4j server would stay up so they can look at our new KG).

@saramsey I can do that. Is 3.2.6 also the version of neo4j used on rtxsteve?

@saramsey Apoc is running on rtxsteve now.

saramsey avatar saramsey commented on September 24, 2024

@finnagin you mean container "rtxsteve" on instance "rtxdev.saramsey.org"?

(just trying to disambiguate because there is also an EC2 instance called "rtxsteve.saramsey.org")

finnagin avatar finnagin commented on September 24, 2024

@saramsey Sorry, I forgot those were named the same thing. Apoc is running on the container "rtxsteve" on instance "rtxdev.saramsey.org".

@finnagin I assume you have done some testing to make sure Neo4j is running properly after this latest config change, right?

from rtx.

finnagin avatar finnagin commented on September 24, 2024

@saramsey I did though I'm not sure if there are any commands I should test other than a few apoc commands (to test if apoc is running correctly) , a few simple cypher queries to return nodes and relationships (to test if the graph broke somehow), and a :sysinfo query (to check if the correct number of nodes and relationships are there).

@saramsey @finnagin
Since apoc is now on rtxsteve / rtxdev.saramsey.org (and that's what I'll be using for the code base update to the standardized KG format), I'll go ahead and close this issue. Let's just remember to install APOC when we eventually drop the KG on rtx.ncats.io and put the standardized one in its place.

Reopen since apoc is apparently not on rtx.ncats.io:

There is no procedure with the name `apoc.meta.graph` registered for this database instance. Please ensure you've spelled the procedure name correctly and that the procedure is properly deployed.

@finnagin and/or @saramsey, can we get APOC on rtx.ncats.io?

from rtx.

finnagin avatar finnagin commented on September 24, 2024

@dkoslicki I just installed apoc on rtx.ncats.io and restarted neo4j so it should be running. I tried calling apoc.warmup.run() using the cypher-shell in the docker container and it worked.

So apoc is now installed in the following containers:

container name url http port
rtxdev rtxdev.saramsey.org 7474
rtxsteve rtxdev.saramsey.org 7674
NCATS rtx.ncats.io 7473

Are there any other containers I am missing that I should install apoc on? If not I think we can close this issue again.

Looks good to me! Closing the issue.
