Yeah - I think if with gets an arg and a block, it should treat the block as a return block - yes?

Don't treat block passed to with as matching block if there are also
args submitted.
- the following two are equivalent
- a.should_receive(:b).with(:c) { :d }
- a.should_receive(:b).with(:c).and_return(:d)
