Yes, Rad it is.  Well the bits that can be accessed via the API 2.1.  My concern is that the key bit is created with your Hub API, and separate functions should be specified as distinct tasks.

• access tokens are stored in the backend DB;

Yes, some kind of automation-friendly approach will make the Hub attractive to even large organisations. This is a worthwhile thing to look at, do looking forward to being walked through the thoughts on Thursday afternoon.
