Dealing with dateTimes: when dates are defined over multiple columns about eml HOT 3 CLOSED

Seems like some configurable options are in order to deal with this.

1. Allow columns containing dateTime data to be treated as character or factor (all or specified columns)
2. Collapse separate columns containing a single date into a single column. Would either need to specify which columns to collapse or have a way to identify consecutive related columns. (E.g. we need to avoid collapsing unrelated columns -- e.g. wrongly concatenate the month of a 'first flower' column with the day of a 'first fruit' column. etc,
3. Coerce columns into dateTimes regardless of precision/multiple columns

Hi mate, I think, as you commented in #134: the "aim at just writing the EML for the data it is given without any fuss over best practices issues."
(and #126) such issues are beyond the scope of EML package which should just let you try your best..
