Seeing the same issue,
This is also really bad that the library hardcodes the okhttp version, it should use w/e the project or RN uses: https://github.com/RonRadtke/react-native-blob-util/blob/master/android/build.gradle#L59
Should be easy to fix.

The hardcoded okhttp version was once set to keep the compatibility for very old devices and RN versions.
But I would be fine with removing it too. Even though I think it is good to have the dependency that are actually imported and directly used also listed directly as one.
