It seems that the contrived examples I gave in the initial post are slightly inaccurate, as I didn't even bother to properly comprehend the lines of example text that I copied and pasted. 😆 YAML renders its multi-line string literals as one long line without any carriage returns, while TOML and Rust appear to preserve their carriage returns. The implementation I gave in #112 resembles the TOML and Rust behavior. Is this okay?
