Sorry what's your use case for this? Like how do you imaging using these files, outside of just having them in romm to view/download?

I typically write the Amiibo file to an NFC tag, and then use with my Switch.
Such as https://www.amiiboss.com/
Example:
Write Sanrio Amiibo card to NFC tag, then use in-game in Animal Crossing.

In this case, RomM would simply be an organizer where I can pull the files and write to NFC tag or use within emulator

Sure I can backlog this but it'll be very low priority given how niche it is.
You can replicate this today manually by creating a roms/amiibo
folder and adding the files there. Create a folder for each one, name it like "Metal Mario", put your BIN and NFC files in there, scan and they should appear in your library. You can then upload custom images for each one.
