Force tank and witch to spawn in the extactly same XYZ coordinates about confogl HOT 6 CLOSED

Same applies for witch, just played a round where we got a witch spawn, we were 
able
to pick her from distance. For the other team however she had moved 20"cm" to 
the
left, meaning they couldn't pick her off and had to walk into her..

We are talking about the wandering witch right?

But even a sitting witch might not spawn in the same place, I guess.
Will try to store the witch pos as well then.

This is in latest push.  Witches and tanks (tanks during a finale are NOT 
included) 
spawn at the exact same coordinates now, however tank spawn triggers still vary 
by a 
small amount.  There may be a cvar to fix that.
