Done.
Regarding point 1: Art rounds always have a "difficulty" of 50, regardless of format. We haven't had a minific round with art yet though, so this wouldn't have been apparent.
My model of "format" as it pertains to art is that it's entirely independent. So the art scoreboard has no subsection for format. This might change in future though.
