Libdrm not linked to va drivers / libdrm
yum install libdrm-amdgpu

@AryanSalmanpour - fix will be added to mainline for RHEL & SLES.
Going forward rocDecode will only require va header package libva-dev/libva-devel & va drivers 'mesa-amdgpu-va-drivers`. @arvindcheru
from rocdecode.
