I think that I was shutting down my pc and had to cancel for some reason, maybe in the process of that lively got killed in a weird way

Delete the Documents/Lively Wallpaper/SaveData folder.

I think in some systems windows is still failing to wait for lively to exit even though I'm sending the message, If others have this same issue please let me know.

Decided to drop safe start feature from Lively v1.0 onwards, maybe make it a optional feature in the future.
