What licence are you using?
CE, Starter, Pro?
As per the bug templates you need to test on the latest versions.
That means a minimum of 6.6.7 and preferably 6.7.1or 6.8.x
Rocketchat moves fast and issues are fixed all the time.
Note there were quite substantial changes on licencing etc at 6.5 so yes 5.x might be fine where 6.5.x is not.
Please check as I can't remember whether that affected integrations.

Updated to 6.8.0, the issue still persists.
Same error message in the browser console Uncaught ReferenceError: Template is not defined
