An effort has still to be done on the agent module.
The DM and the REST things are heavily tested. The REST implementation, in the DM, is marked as non covered by Cobertura. However, it is tested in the REST client.
Since this is integration tests, and since Cobertura only support unit tests, we only have a partial report of what is really tested. A solution could be to use Jacoco instead of Cobertura. However, Coveralls only supports Cobertura for multi-module projects.
