Do you accept PullRequest with C++11 or do you want to stay at C++03?

I want to stay with C++03 because the Microsoft compilers have problems
with C++11 and this port is intended to be a solid fork for Linux "and"
Win32/Win64 without the need to have the latest MSVC.
I'm mainly interested in in pull requests that come with real enhancements
like tiled forward shading, shadow mapping or new tools integration.

Okay, I am not doing any enhancements before the code is not compiling cleanly.
The majority of my fixes will be C++11. I will try to send you the ones that are compatible with C++03.
