Win64 build still has collisions bug about rbdoom-3-bfg HOT 5 CLOSED

I can't even load the testmaps/test_box.map without all resources missing.
It is quite annoying how much stuff in the BFG edition is broken for new content cooking. Also almost all really useful debug utils like r_showTris or s_drawSounds are broken.

I spent all day yesterday experimenting. BFG can load map if there are materials and textures, loose files. It can even load it from fs_game.

Major issue is that when mode for packing resources is on, map can't be loaded because of some GLSL shader linking error and BFG exits with blue console.

Another thing is that you need manifest files to assemble .resources and the only manifest that is created is maps/_startup.manifest; I suspect the are specific tools that are missing (one of which could be making manifest from the list; there is cvar listToolsCmd and it shows no cvars)
