Hi @Shawnlik,

It seems that you want to add more bugs (buggy program versions) for Math. If this is true then you do not need to alter the core components.

Have you looked at the bug-mining branch?

PS I just saw that you closed the issue in the meantime. Let me know if you have any questions regarding the bug-mining workflow.

Hi Shawn,

Please take a look at the bug-mining workflow (in the bug-mining branch):
https://github.com/rjust/defects4j/blob/bug-mining/framework/bug-mining/README.md

The create-project script does create a project module (e.g., Io.pm) and other relevant files for you.

Bug-related files such as loaded classes, patches, failing tests, etc. are automatically created during the bug-mining workflow as well, and the promote-to-directory.pl script copies everything to the right place.

You should be able to mine a number of bugs for commons-io following the steps described in the bug-mining workflow.

Let me know what parts of the documentation need clarification. Also, let me know if you have trouble adapting the generated Io.pm module.

Thanks,
René
