The second tool is a financial planner for retirement. This tool will forecast the performance of a user's retirement portfolio in 30 years. To do this, the tool will make an Alpaca API call via the Alpaca SDK to get historical price data for use in Monte Carlo simulations.

If user does not know where they would like to retire, or if they cannot afford their current selection based on their input, other states will be recommended for retirement based on estimated retirement savings value at their age of retirement.
