@riweston we should integrated https://github.com/dnaeon/go-vcr in this way you can reuse my cassettes to develop each function

Not sure man, as and when I get time...I was trying to rationalise some of the queries but didn't really get anywhere so in the interests of getting to some sort of MVP I'm just recreating the original functions.
I've just pushed the getAssignmentsFunction() which seems to be working ok now, feel free to take a look
from gopsa.
