We've also discovered that you can't delete if you paginate off of the first page of redirects. Only seems to work on the initial page.

Are you able to delete using the cleaning command from cli @duncanmcclean ? I had some issues with that yesterday.

Yes, that command runs properly. From what I can tell, seems like a front-end issue.

Please try again on 1.7.2, it should be fixed. Make sure to publish the assets again
