Why are you running an AAC re-encode anyway? Copy/Muxing is much better (not re-encoded at all, copy/paste to new mkv container)

It's not that I don't know about it. I'm just trying to downscale audio bit rate and improve compression efficiency along with it.

ffmpeg & fdkaac are static, where dll is shared.
It requires additional DLL files now.
These are all the files Required Now:
- ASL
- CoreAudioToolbox
- CoreFoundation
- icudt55
- libdispatch
- libicuuc
- msvcp100
- msvcr100
- objc
Download itune x64 version and place it in the qaac folder and then download & run the following script. It can extract all the needed files to run qaac.
7z is required.
