Add support for configuring hooks about app HOT 5 CLOSED

For now I would say you should prevent setting a secret. We could work on a followup PR that allows users to set an encrypted secret.

Hey @bkeepers I am currently working on this issue. Can you please suggest how secret should be defined? I went throught the docs for creating a hook, I just want to know do you want to give secret in config object or not.

@bkeepers After working on this I was getting error

On searching I found that It's not possible to get hooks list this way as it's not even in their list of available endpoints for app:
