Renovate in this repository is a CLI tool and not an App. You need to provide more details about exactly how you are running Renovate before we know how to help you.

We are using the github-action in a workflow that is using a GitHub App we created as specified in this repository https://github.com/renovatebot/github-action. The app is created within the first organization (C2E) and then the PRs are created without any errors, but after the App has been added to one more organization (testAdvSec) and the repository testAdvSec/repo-name has been added to the renovate configuration file for dependency updates, on the next workflow run the first repository in the first organization (C2E) stops getting PRs created and the upper error has been thrown on all the dependencies, but the second repository (testAdvSec/repo-name) has had PRs created.

I have transferred your issue to the correct repository now, but I am not sure that your use case is even supported. I think you probably need to set up one action/workflow per org you install it into.

This use case is unsupported, because App tokens are per-org.
