32-bit build is quite unusual. Is there a particular reason that you are building 32-bit instead of 64-bit?
Have you done 32-bit builds before? Can this be repeated if you just build a new Unity project with nothing else in it?
Have you tried building on a different machine/OS?
Have you tested it on 32-bit Windows?

ERROR: SymGetSymFromAddr64, GetLastError: '试图访问无效的地址。(Attempt to access an invalid address) - this just means that Unity's crash handler failed to locate where the code crashed.
