My kext doesn't have great support for ALPS. You should search for a version that supports ALPS.

As for BT dialogs at startup, SysPrefs->Bluetooth->Advanced. Uncheck boxes.

The keys are not swapped. They are laid out as they are on real Mac keyboards. By design.

It is normal for brightness keys to be off. You need to map them appropriately for your hardware. Read the wiki.

Version RehabMan-Voodoo-2013-1205.zip do not have negative effects related to ALPS. Everything is working fine. It looks like ALPS driver has regression since v1.8.9 and in new version didn't work so good as in v1.8.9.

It seems like I was wrong and I found 1.8.9 version based on your code but with ALPS tweaks which allow to use touchpad as trackpad and get multitouch and gestures support. May be it's based on https://github.com/radut/OS-X-Voodoo-PS2-Controller, but not sure

There is an ALPS branch in this repo. But the person who was originally responsible for the changes (bpedman) has dropped the project and no longer contributing. Given that I don't have any ALPS hardware, I decided not to integrate it into the main branch. Others may have forked that branch to create new versions with better support. I'm not tracking it.
