The WRT120N firmware uses a known obfuscation (see http://www.devttys0.com/2014/02/reversing-the-wrt120n-firmware-obfuscation/ and https://github.com/devttys0/wrt120n). You'll need to de-obfuscate the firmware before running it through binwalk.
FYI, the WRT120N runs a RTOS (not Linux), and there isn't a "proper" file system, so don't expect to find one even after de-obfuscating the firmware image.
