the same for me .
When i add images in he "image" tab gallery, these items aren''t saved

When you select the images tab on a page edit and click "Add Image", the Image Gallery works fine and the image has been added to the images tab but when you save the page and go back to re-edit the page, the images do not appear in the images tab.
From browsing the db there is no record entered into image_pages to link the images to the page. From the server logs there is no attempt to save this record (i.e. no INSERT into image_pages)

I'm getting this error in the logs. Sounds like this is why things are failing on Save... WARNING: Can't mass-assign protected attributes: images_attributes

Using 0.9.9.20 and 1.0.3.
The db tables are being added but refinerycms-page-images.rb is not being generated.
Should I add it manually, if so where?
