The spec is vague and only says that "paragraphs are usually represented in visual media by blocks of text that are physically separated from adjacent blocks through blank lines," although it can be done in other ways. (Really helpful, right?) Opera renders the test files in the same way that WebWhirr does, so the current implementation can be considered sufficient. I did slightly change the code to space lines by the height of the current font and not a constant value, although for now, the font size cannot be changed, so this is irrelevant. This change may be reverted once this feature is added.
