Template not working and seems out of date about redux-templates HOT 2 CLOSED

I'm a bit confused on what you're describing here. Are you saying that the template somehow did not get installed correctly? That sounds like more of a CRA problem than an issue with the template itself.

You can see the current list of template dependencies here:

Those should all get installed by CRA during the creation process.

yea I think you are right. Spent some time tracking this and testing on other node versions but turns out from CRA docs:

You’ll need to have Node 14.0.0 or later version on your local development machine (but it’s not required on the server). We recommend using the latest LTS version.

But I'm not sure what they mean by the server, as in the dev server? Which would make sense because the dev server runs in v12 node. Anyways, I tested with:

node : v14.15.0
npm: 8.0.0

and it works. So maybe we should include this on the redux "getting started" page to ensure devs coming from various node versions don't waste time. Having said that, closing this issue for now.
