Japscan has already been added, yesterday I worked all evening to bypass its anti-bot protections xD It will be included in next release. lelscanv does not seem to be a general manga website but rather a private website of some translation group. Since there are only few manga and only some their chapters are available it's not worth it.
For the Japanese site unfortunately I do not understand the Japanese so it's very difficult for me to understand from the home page where is the manga list and how it is structured xD However I'll try my best to add it. For mangakawaii and manga-lel ok, I'll see what I can do

v9.0 released, it adds support for Manga-lel, MangaKawaii and JapScan.
About Tonarinoyi, I tried to add support for it but it seems that images on their server are encrypted on the file itself (the program could download their images but the result was similar to this https://cdn-img.tonarinoyj.jp/public/page/2/13932016480029106324-4d8fdc4cd6ec6c05626d5fb819ff08e9 ) and so you need to manipulate the image file to rebuild the original picture like a puzzle. This was too complex and far from the aim of this program

v10 released, it adds support for Tonarinoyj too ;)
