just fyi.. yaml now has a registered media-type application/yaml https://httptoolkit.com/blog/yaml-media-type-rfc/

does it change if you use examples? This is the recommended keyword.

If i change it to /json or /xml it changes the output. Not sure i'm seeing a difference with /yaml though.
