OCP.exec_oc_cmd("describe pod podname") fails about ocs-ci HOT 6 CLOSED

I don't think that this PR is important as I once thought it was. I don't need to make this change now. If we need to do this in the future and the describe command is still a problem, we could always fall back on piping raw oc command output through subprocesses as a work around.
