Can you clarify what code is being used: App Crashes when trying to get scheme version is a little vague.

This looks like a database corruption - are you able to obtain any of the files causing the crash? Inspecting it might help us identify the reason for it. Alternatively, you may try updating the Realm SDK version as there's been quite a few bugfixes since 10.44.0 and it's possible root cause has been fixed, even if it's unlikely to restore access to a database that has already been corrupted.
