ray::stats::STATS_actors.Record(-(running + in_get + in_wait),

      ray::stats::STATS_actors.Record(in_wait,

                                       {"Source", "executor"},
                                       {"JobId", job_id_}});

The issue is that ALIVE state is reported by GCS so you will see the head node as the node id and ip. But RUNNING_TASK, RUNNING_IN_RAY_GET and RUNNING_IN_RAY_WAIT are only reported by the executor worker process so you can check those to know where the actors were running.
