No, three-byte codes can not be mapped with the registry method. It is not a limitation of SharpKeys but of Windows itself, as I understand it.

Maybe you could actually pry off the offending keys' caps, carefully. Or deactivate the switch itself; I've done it to a key on a membrane board once, by inserting a bit of tape between the membrane and the board contact.

Or you could download the software the Microsoft provides and do something else with the keys. Likewise, AutoHotKeys or PowerToys can also help.

As DreymaR calls out, these are triple-byte scancodes that Windows does not support, when it comes to remapping with the built in technology.
