Jurriaan, how are you running this?
More specifically, have you tried:

ruby -Ilib examples/example.rb

That works, of course. tnx. But what about making it the default? And what about running the tests?

@jurriaan How exactly would we go about doing that? This is really just my own ignorance we are dealing with here - so that means it is time for me to learn from you guys (again!)

Hehe, well you could try to add the following line to example.rb: $:.unshift 'lib', which prepends the lib directory to the load path :)

example is fixed - as are the image references in the example so you can kick it from anywhere for now!
