As a temporary solution, I've published the HTML version to GitHub Pages on my fork: https://rszalski.github.io/magicmethods/

This document was the best and most detailed on the web. It has a PDF format, too. However, the live (web) article was a better option in my opinion, since it has link references which goes to the section (it is simply easier).
For the ones prefering the web version, archive.org had appearently cached it.
